Details & Pricing:
◍ Chibi base price: $10 (personal use) → $8 via Wise!
◍ Semi-chibi base price: $25 (personal use) → $20 via Wise!
◍ Couples & multi-character:

◍ Simple design (included in base price)
◗ Hair: standard styles (bob cut, straight hair, wavy hair, basic spikes) without complex layering, intricate braiding, or floating strands.
◗ Clothing: 1 layer of simple clothing (e.g., t-shirt and shorts, basic hoodie, plain clothes, or basic dress).
◗ Accessories: minimal to none (e.g., plain glasses, simple stud earrings, or a basic hair clip). Small animal features (e.g., simple cat/dog ears and a basic tail).◍ Slightly complex (+$3 for Chibis / +$5 for Semi-chibis)
◗ Hair: styled hair with multiple clumps, twin tails, drills, large buns, or moderately layered styles that require dynamic flow or framing.
◗ Clothing: 2 layers of clothing (e.g., a shirt + an open jacket/coat, a dress with a separate apron).
◗ A few stacked accessories (e.g., a hat, dangling earrings).◍ Very complex (+$5 for Chibis / +$8 for Semi-chibis)
◗ Hair: Ultra-long, heavily layered, or gradient hair with complex braids, intricate hair ornaments, floating magical strands, or multiple cowlicks/ahoge.
◗ Clothing: 3+ layers of clothing or highly intricate designs (e.g., frilly lolita dresses, Victorian ruffled collars, formal suits with vests and ties, visible armor pieces, capes, or asymmetrical fantasy outfits).
◗ Massive, detailed armor pieces, heavy gauntlets, or weapons.
◗ Intricate patterns.
◗ Complex VTuber or fantasy features (e.g., mech parts, detailed dragon/demon wings, multiple tails, or halos).

◍ If you need the transparent background versions, please provide your email, as platforms like Imgur remove transparency.____________________________________________________⊹ TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS) ⊹By submitting a commission request, you agree to the following terms:1. Workflow & Communication
◍ Process: Sketch → Revisions (if any) → Your Approval → Lineart → Your Approval → Colors → Final Delivery.
◍ WIPs: I will send work-in-progress updates for your approval at key stages.
◍ Channels: We will communicate entirely on the platform where the commission was started. I typically reply within 24–48 hours.
◍ References: Please provide all character references and detailed requests in your initial message to prevent delays.2. Payment
◍ Platforms: Payments are accepted via VGen, Wise, Ko-fi, Commissions.gg, or PayPal (depending on where we are communicating).
◍ Discounts: Standard rates apply to card/platform checkouts. Direct Wise payments receive $2 off Chibis ($8) and $5 off Semi-chibis ($20).
◍ Terms: All payments must be made in full upfront before work begins.3. Revisions
◍ You are allowed 3x minor revisions during the sketch stage and the base color stage (small details, color tweaks, etc.).
◍ Any major changes requested after the sketch is approved or after lineart/coloring has begun will incur a $2 fee per revision.4. Usage & Intellectual Property
◍ Personal Use (Base Price)
◗ Permitted Uses: For personal OCs, profile pictures, and personal physical prints (e.g., printing a poster for your bedroom).
◗ Scope: Strictly non-commercial. It may NOT be used for profit, monetization, or as assets on monetized platforms (such as streaming backgrounds or video overlays).◍ Commercial Use: Content (+50% Fee)
◗ Scope: Grants an Individual or Legal Entity (Company) the right to use the artwork for digital content creation.
◗ Permitted Uses: Creation and distribution of digital end products shared on commercial and monetized social media or content platform accounts belonging to the Licensee (e.g., stream backgrounds, overlays, YouTube videos).◍ Commercial Use: Merchandising (+200% Fee)
◗ Scope: Grants an Individual or Legal Entity (Company) commercial merchandising rights.
◗ Permitted Uses: Creation, re-selling, and distribution of value-add or derivative digital or physical end products (merchandise like charms, prints for sale, apparel) made with the commissioned asset. Includes digital/physical content used to promote those products.◍ Copyright: I (the artist) retain the copyright to the artwork. I reserve the right to showcase the finished piece in my portfolio and on social media.
◍ Restrictions: You may not resell, trace, modify for profit, or feed my artwork into AI training, NFTs, or blockchain platforms.5. Cancellation & Refunds
◍ No Refunds: Once I have started working on the commission, no refunds will be issued.
◍ Partial refunds before work begins are strictly at my discretion.
◍ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited after the commission is completed, files are delivered, and no further revisions are needed.
